Check-In
- Arrive at Palmetto Hall Country Club.
- Check-in at the registration desk.
- Receive your welcome packet and boxed lunch.
10:00 AM
First Tee
- The tournament begins at 10:00 AM tee off
- Enjoy a day on the course with friends and fellow supporters.
Throughout the Day
- Lunch: Boxed lunches provided pre-round for you to enjoy while playing.
- Beverage Cart: A cash beverage cart will be circulating the course.
Post Round
Awards Ceremony
- Post-round awards ceremony and thank you speech.
- Recognition of the top three finishers and other key achievements.

Enjoy a delicious dinner as part of the Burger Night special. Please make your dinner reservation in advance to help Palmetto Hall coordinate the food accordingly.
